Hello, and welcome to Balance Point Counseling & Wellness! I am so glad you are here. Chances are, you are viewing this site because you are considering asking for help, either for yourself, or possibly a loved one. It takes a lot of courage to reach out. I would like to help you to take that first step. Please explore the website for more information, learn more about my experience, therapeutic approach, and specialties.

Having balance in our lives, (mind, body, spirit) is tremendously important; it can also be difficult to maintain. We lead busy lives, have responsibilities. We experience all life throws at us, including the random curve balls, just to keep us on our toes. Often, this results in our stressors adding up; we begin to feel exhausted, stressed, and overwhelmed. Especially if we push through, but leave traumas, challenges, and loss unresolved. We may feel as though we are barely hanging on, despite trying our best. We can hardly take care of ourselves, not to mention our loved ones.

Therapy can help. Learn to learn to let go of past bad experiences, to make the most of each moment, to live your life with joy, peace, gratitude, and balance. To take care of yourself, but also give and be present for others. To live your best life.

Let's begin your journey. Are you ready?
